It was my first experience of New Regent. My boyfriend saw that a lil pick me up was needed, so got a reservation for 9pm, we were very economical and organised a little quicker than we thought, got to New Regent 30 mins before, asked if we could be seated earlier, luckily there were a couple of cancellations so we sat near the window and there was a large office party in attendance in the inner part of the restaurant, I read the instructions of how it works and we started to order drinks and food, the members of staff were so lovely and having to run the restaurant and the delivery side too, communication was flowing naturally in the team. Would recommend the restaurant, great value for the quality of the food, we practically nearly ate all of the dishes with some that were similar in the starters section. Look forward to going back.

Food was hot, fresh, delicious and served quickly. The staff were really friendly, this was my first visit but will definitely go back. It was 20 per person for the all you can eat buffet, seemed worth it to me but maybe not to small eaters. There is a pay and display car park right across the road too, so easy to get to.

It’s a great place for food always busy which says a lot sick of people complaining about the delivery service go and collect lazy gits, they are very busy serving eat in customers. Service excellent food always hot served on hot plates and great for the money and choice you get on buffet. Love it. Thanks guys

First time trying New Regent. Amazing quality food, great size portions and all tasted great, the crispy seaweed was the best I’ve tried!

Just ordered for 65 people, and despite the huge quantity, they were able to produce great food! The staff are very friendly, kind, and hard-working, I am certain, after living in Rugby for 5 years, that this is the best, most authentic, Chinese restaurant in the town, with amazing value for money. I highly recommend this place.

I have to say I love everything about this place, staff are always lovely. The food is amazing 99.9 % of the time. The all you can eat menu is to die for, always fresh. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting a nice meal out
